MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

Through its Mental Health and Well Being Committee, Hill | Fenstermaker aims to play a crucial role in promoting a culture of mental health awareness, support, and resilience within its organization and community, ultimately contributing to improved overall well-being and productivity among its employees.

The Mental Health and Well-Being Committee promotes mental wellness strategies, evaluates the effectiveness of mental health programs, and institutes mental health policies and programs as needed. The Committee is chaired by Attorney Tara Weitz.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The committee's primary mission is to foster relationships, raise awareness about issues or initiatives, and promote participation in programs or services offered, as well as, bridge the gap between organizations and the community, aiming to enhance community involvement, support, and collaboration.

Our firm has a Community Outreach Committee which works to coordinate and support community partnerships, outreach, and engagement initiatives. Our Community Outreach Committee is chaired by paralegal, Heather Misero.​
