Neil Wenner boasts nearly 40 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation. During his career, he has successfully represented medical professionals and hospitals in Pennsylvania, defending them in complex medical negligence matters. Few medical malpractice defense attorneys have Neil's trial experience, having taken countless cases to verdict in state and federal courts.

Now, as an Of Counsel attorney with Hill Fenstermaker, Neil assists the firm in offering mentorship, guidance and a wealth of knowledge from his forty years of practice. Neil also is available to offer Alternative Dispute Resolution Services as an arbritator and/or mediator of complex litigation matters.

Neil earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and served in the United States Air Force. Within the legal community, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County.

In his free time, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife Carol, his children Tara and Jonathan, and his three grandchildren.
