Defense Verdict!

Congratulations Adam Fenstermaker and Julisa A. Medina on a big trial victory!

They successfully achieved a defense verdict following a 5 day jury trial in Pennsylvania State Court. The Defendants, two gastroenterologists, allegedly failed to appropriately plan for and perform a colonoscopy, during which the patient tragically died. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of our clients, with a finding that both gastroenterologists acted appropriately and met the standards of care. The jury did find for the plaintiff against two Co-Defendant healthcare providers in the amount of $2.5 million.

Philadelphia Branch Office Grand Opening!

We are very excited to announce the opening of our firm’s new branch office in Philadelphia, PA!

With recent changes to the venue rules and the continued proliferation of large health network expansion, our firm is seeing more and more cases pulled out of more defense-favorable venues and into Philadelphia County. Our firm will continue to successfully litigate matters in Philadelphia, now with even greater ease for our clients, thanks to our new branch office at Two Liberty Place in Center City Philadelphia.
